He is accused of submitting false accountability for the money he was given to carry out audit inspections. According to a letter dated August 3, 2011, the chief administrative officer (CAO), Dorothy Ajwang Magoola, said the decision was taken in order to pave way for investigations. Rwabataizibwa, while on interdiction, will receive half of his salary and will not leave the country without permission from the CAO.
